She has been a reference librarian at the Library of Michigan for 20 years.  Kendel Darragh has been a reference librarian at the Library of Michigan for 20 years. She works extensively with the newspaper collection, poetry from Broadside Press, cemetery resources, prison newspapers, outreach to public libraries, schools and educators, the Special Collections Update and booklists for public libraries. Kendel has a BA in German language and literature and values the rare opportunity to use it in her profession.
